I am working as a CRM Technical Consultant, Developer, and Architect in Capgemini, India. I am a Competent Microsoft Certified IT Professional who possess great knowledge of cutting edge technologies like  Dynamic 365 Development, Adxstudio, Dynamics 365 Portals, Unified Service Desk(USD), SharePoint, Azure Portal, PowerApps, PowerBI, Various Integrations, CTI Integration, writing Web Services, WCF, C# Console, and Web-based applications, HTML5, CSS, JQuery/JavaScript, etc.

I\’ve been working in various roles from Support/Lead/Consultant/Developer/Architect since version 4.0. I have been sharing the best practices and solutions for implementing Dynamics 365 to the readers since 2014 and helping them achieve their goals and objectives in the Customer Relationship Space.
